A description of the kind of rider you are:
What are your strengths on the bike?
My strengths on the bike will differently be in the sprint. My biggest advantage will be that I’m good placing myself at the right place at the right time, in the peloton.
What’s the most significant (good or bad) thing that has happened to you during your career?
The most significant that has happened in my career so far will be my first big victory when I took the gold medal in the Elite National Championships as a first-year junior. Thereafter my biggest achievement is my silver medal at the World Championships U19 RR 2017.
Who inspired you to start cycling?
My big brother, Mathias, was the one who got me into the cycling world. He won a lot of medals in his young age group and I was so jealous. So I was inspired to start cycling. Since the very first day, I’ve always fought for gold, thanks to my brother.
What interests do you have away from cycling?
Apart from riding my bike, I study at the local high school in my birth city, Silkeborg. I think it’s healthy to keep your mind busy with other things than cycling, it brings motivations to my everyday.
