With the first half of the season done and the second half underway, we asked our race photographer, Sean Robinson from Velofocus to choose 10 of his favourite photos he's snapped of the team so far. The talented team at Velofocus follows the team throughout the season, you can see the brilliant work they do in our race galleries.
Nicole is usually a little more camera shy than most of the team but all that changed when she got a podium spot on the final day of Thüringen Rundfahrt.
Most races take place in the middle of the day when the light is often harsh, so an evening race it's always something to get excited about. Here's Lotta on the charge at the Thüringen Rundfahrt TT.
Yo-yo-ing between the break and the peloton on the final day of the Aviva Women's Tour. Everytime I came back to the peloton there was Lisa controlling the front of the bunch.
Ashleigh attacks on the Cauberg. Right at the end of the Boels Hills Classic, I was torn between wanting to stay and see what happens next and getting to the finish line in time.
Clenched fists for victory, or just frozen from the terrible conditions in Luxembourg. Lotta celebrates winning stage one of Elsy Jacobs.
Stephanie spends most the season looking out for her teammates. I've lost count of the number of photos I've taken this year where she's looking over her shoulder to check everyone is ok. Tearing up the climb at the Elsy Jacobs prologue she got to focus on her own performance, putting in an impressive time too.
Joëlle is one of our favourite riders to shoot during a race. There's never any doubt how she's feeling from her facial expressions. Here attacking the Mur de Huy.
As I walk over to Lotta in the hot seat at the Bira prologue there's still a few riders out there on the course, but none are likely to challenge her time. "You've won!" I shout. But she's not having any of it. Not until the final rider crosses the line. It's only then that the win sinks in.
Seeing Clara's development this year has been a season highlight. With each race she seems to get ever stronger, pushing far more experienced riders to their limits.
Speeding through the Drenthe woodland. It's a lovely place to spend a sunny Spring morning although Gaby probably didn't have time to enjoy the view.
