Two Top-10 placings for Bigla at the Classique Morbihan
Today Bigla took to the start of the Classique Morbihan in Brittany in northwestern France. The route traversed over 121km of undulating terrain from Josselin to Plumelec. The course featured six cobblestone passages and the last two kilometres ramped up steeply with a gradient of 10 per cent. After a serious accident in the peloton not long after the race had started, the organisers had to neutralise the race. After the race was restarted, it was marked by several attacks and at the end Elizabeth Banks took out fifth place while her teammate Nicola Noskova came sixth. Nicola also won the U-23 category.
